Why is a space shown as %20?
Spaces are not allowed in URLs, so they are written as %20 (or + in some form data).
Should I encode the whole URL?
Usually you encode only the values in the query string. Pick “Component” for values and “Full URL” to keep :/?& intact.
Does it handle emoji and other languages?
Yes. Characters are encoded as UTF-8 bytes.
